New for the 2005 NSTA National Convention

This year, NSTA plans to increase the impact of the medical research community at its annual meeting by creating a “research zone” in the exhibit hall. Two rows of exhibits will be designated exclusively for medical research. The National Institutes of Health spearheaded this endeavor by coordinating exhibitors from several of its 27 institutes and centers and from professional societies and other supporting partners. This will provide one-stop shopping for teachers interested in discovering the resources available from the medical scientific community.

Attendees can sign up for FREE curriculum supplements, and fill their bags with FREE teacher resources. Teachers will have access to all kinds of materials for their classrooms, including posters, videos, and numerous publications created by the National Institutes of Health, the steward of medical and behavioral research for the nation.
