Macintosh

To ensure the Quicktime movies are optimized for your connection speed, go to the upper left corner of the screen and select the apple menu.

Then select "Control Panels."

Double-click the QuickTime Settings icon in the control panels window.

In the drop-down menu, select "Connection Speed."

If you are unsure of your connection speed, contact your tech support. Otherwise, select the appropriate speed if it is not already correct, and close the QuickTime Settings window.

Windows

To ensure that the Quicktime movies are optimized for your connection speed, go to the lower left corner of the screen and select the start menu, then settings, and open up the control panel window.
